11:37 am - Massive BPAL Destashing - Seriously! (UPDATED)
I acquired a LOT of BPAL in 2008 while down for the count due to back issues. I've not gotten to even try most of it, but it now needs to find new homes. I'm a graduate student with an unpaid internship, and the husband's job just went to half time. We're both looking for jobs now so we can pay our bills. My loss is your gain, as I have some incredible BPAL scents sitting here ready to go. I'm keeping only a small percentage of my stash. My loss is your gain.
Everything has been stored in a box, in a dark, cool trunk. Many of my imps have been stored in an ammo tray. If you're worried about something having a rolled label, I can check it for you.
There are bottles, imps, and decants. Lots of LEs, some rares. For those LE scents I have bottles of, if you're interested in a decant, we can talk. I have the supplies.
Bottles are full, at least to the neck, unless otherwise stated.
I based prices on what I paid (in the cases where I could find that information) or what I've seen things going for, but if you think something isn't priced right, please let me know. And if you're looking at buying a bunch, please feel free to make offers. Unfortunately, I'm not looking to swap much right now, since I'm letting many of these go only because I so desperately need the funds. I will not hold items which have not been paid for, for over a day, unless prior arrangement is made.
I'll ship anywhere, but if you're out of the US, let's figure out the postage. Within the US, $2.50 for up to 4 bottles or 20 imps, $3.50 for 5 or more bottles. I send with delivery confirmation by REQUEST and will add insurance if you want it.

02:10 pm - Third kitten!
Greta's close-up She's named for Greta Garbo. Beautiful, unusual markings. Her ears are a light stormy grey, her tail is a darker gray, and her markings are otherwise sort of...a light tan. Stunning. Also, her eyes MIGHT stay blue, since her brothers' have already changed.
These kittens are still looking for homes! I think that Chap is spoken for (two different people in line to come see him), but there's plenty of cuteness to go around. There's also a potential home for MamaCat, but I don't mind having more than one option lined up until people come meet these cuties.

We caught Mama Calico last night. She's a total sweetheart, loves scritches (see video - couldn't catch a good still), and obviously knows people. She'll likely be looking for a home once she's spayed. As always, e-mail cortney at karst [dot] org if you're interested!

03:57 pm - Kittens! I've got yer kittens, right here!
I've got two foster kittens at the moment, and am likely to get two more (we *think* there's only two more).
The whole set is here for your viewing and linking pleasure.
They're both boys, cute as can be. They're currently feral (from  elgecko and saffroncisco's back yard), but I'm getting them calmed down. Much awesome progress so far.
I've done this (fostered ferals, and helped them transition to pets) before, with great results. Just got the orange-and-white one this morning, but I got the black-and-white on Friday, and he's already a great shoulder-cat, curious, sweet, and playful. For now he's been named Chaplin, after Charlie Chaplin, thanks to his adorable mustache. Thanks to ceolyn for the brilliant suggestion!
Both of these kittens are looking for homes! As of 6/15/09, they're 5-6 weeks old. They'll be ready for a home, I'm guessing, about 7/15/09. Send e-mail to cortney at karst [dot] org if you're interested.

EDITED 5/16/09: Mama Calico was caught Monday evening. She's a total sweetheart, loves scritches, and is a beautiful calico. She obviously has known people. 12:55 pm - Anniversary, Resurrected, and Moon of Small Spirits & Terrible Decant Circle
UPDATE: I have all 8 packages ready to go. 7 are sealed & will go out in the morning on 1/13. The last is waiting for payment and will go out as soon as it's received. :)
UPDATE: It's 1/10, and I just today got the last of the bottles I need to complete the circle. Decanting will happen today or tomorrow, and I will be hoping to get things shipped on Monday. I appreciate your patience. I ended up having to wait way too long to get MoSS from a group order. :(
UPDATE: Order arrived 12/24, when I was out of town. Three bottles were missing from the order. CnS received for the missing bottles on 12/31. The person with whom I ordered MoSS promises to send them very soon.I plan to decant as soon as that arrives so that I can do it all at once.

Decant Circle FAQ
How It Works
There is no minimum requirement. Mix and match; buy only the imps you want. Souvenir bottles, if available, will be given out by request.
I will divide up any frimps the lab sends me between all orders. If I run out, I will try to make up out of my own stash. I also try to include either candy, trinkets, soap samples, and/or tea.
I do allow the addition of whole bottles, either current LEs (limited edition) or GC (general catalog), or imps. You will be charged the actual cost of the items, plus shipping as usual.
Please let me know right away if you need to change or cancel your order. If changes come after an order is place, I will do my best to accommodate you. If you have requested slots in a circle and then change your mind, please give me the courtesy of letting me know. I will not be offended if you decide to go with a less expensive circle or with a decanter that you prefer.
***Please note: If you've signed up for a past circle and not followed through, not contacted me, or ignored all my attempts to contact you, I reserve the right refuse to add you to any of my decant circle.
Shipping
Shipping is $2.50 in US, $3.25 anywhere else. If ordering additional bottles, please add .50 per bottle.
Delivery confirmation is available upon request. Insurance is available upon request for an additional $1.65 for the first $50.
I will also combine circle orders, if requested. Keep in mind there can be quite a gap between lab orders. If you pay individual shipping and I am able to combine orders, I will refund any excess shipping costs.

I will accept non-CC Paypal payments. Other payment options: money orders, or checks will be accepted. Checks are subject to a seven day waiting period. E-checks are subject to the same waiting period. Should your check bounce, you will be subject to pay for the check and any bank fees incurred.

This way I can track orders easily. Also, please make sure your address is included.
Mistakes and Miscalculations
Please let me know right away if I have made a mistake in calculating your totals. It's been know to happen.
If you receive your package and there is anything wrong (ie missing decants, wrong decants etc) please, let me know right away so I can correct this error. Again, this has been known to happen. I am a one-person decanting team, I only have me to double-check myself and can easily miss something.

The best way to contact me is to leave a comment in the entry of the circle you joined. Otherwise,I can be reached at cortney @ karst dot org.

Packaging and Labeling
I wrap my vial caps with Teflon/plumber’s tape. I bubblewrap everything. If breakage or leaking does occur, then it's most likely due to excessive handling of the post office. Unless you paid for insurance on the item, I can't be held responsible.
My labels are printed. I try to include BPAL artwork where I can, or artwork from the BPAL icon gallery. Otherwise, I print the name of the blend on one side and the BPAL logo and year on the other side. I do not include my name as decanter because as it is NOT my oil, I do not feel my name should be anywhere on the label.
Banning
I do reserve the right to ban and refuse service to individuals. I've not had to do this yet, and I hope I never do, but I do have the right. If you've signed up for a past circle and not followed through, not contacted me or ignored all my attempts to contact you, I reserve the right refuse to add you to a circle.
